Julia accepted an invitation to become a Patron in 2014 and said "I have visited KeepOut at
HMPs Coldingley, Brixton and Lewes and each time I am really inspired by the work of the offenders and the dedication of the KeepOut team in trying to ensure that young people are diverted away from the Criminal Justice System."
With extensive experience as a Magistrate spanning 17 years Julia has been a member of the Youth Panel for the past 10 years and previously sat on the Drug Rehabilitation Requirement Panel and the Sexual and Domestic Violence Operations Group.
