Jane King

Jane was appointed a Director at the end of 2013 after leaving the IMB National Council representing Kent, Surrey and Sussex for 3 years and 20 years on the IMB at Lewes Prison as well as undertaking the role of a magistrate for 17 years. Jane saw first hand the launch and development of KeepOut at HMP Lewes and took a keen interest in the programme which benefits a wide spectrum of needs of both the prisoners and the young people who engage with it.

Jane says "On leaving the IMB at the end of 2013, I was delighted to accept the invitation to become a Director of KeepOut and to maintain my ties with the scheme at HMP Lewes. I will do my best to raise the profile of the scheme within the judiciary and the wider community."
