Elaine said “I was pleased to be asked to become involved with Keep Out as a trustee as it brings together strands of my work and interests. Keep Out's work is aimed at supporting, educating and rehabilitating those who became involved in offending and seeking to engage with young people and offer them opportunities to stop, consider and plan, so that they can make choices that will prove beneficial to them in life: those seemed to me admirable aims and ones I wanted to engage with and support. My aim is also to support Keep Out to develop a robust research strategy which will allow it to evidence how, where, with whom and in what ways it is effective.”
